Followers of the Egyptian Coalition for Human Rights and Development monitored a verbal altercation between supporters of independent candidate Abdel Ghaffar Al-Dhaifi, a candidate for the seat of The Edfu district of Aswan governorate, in front of the committee of the Naga Al-Sa’eh commercial school in Bassili, Edfu Center.
The coalition followers confirmed that the competition between the Mostakbal Al-Watan candidate of Ali al-Badri al-Malawi, who belongs to the Tribes of Al-Basali on 14 Naga in Bassilia, and the independent candidate Dr. Abdul Ghaffar al-Dhafi from the city of Sibaya. The latter provoked supporters of the candidate on Malawi’s hometown of Al-Mullawe, which led to a verbal altercation, and the security forces in charge of securing the polling stations calmed the situation and asked the independent candidate to withdraw his supporters and leave the city of Naga Al-Sa’eh to prevent a confrontation.Coalition Observers monitored the return of calm to the Naga Al-Sa’eh Commercial School Station.
