Followers of the Egyptian Coalition for Human Rights and Development monitored relative calm in the first hour of the run-off elections for the first round of the 2020 parliamentary elections.
The coalition’s observers monitored relative calm and a strict commitment from the judiciary to start the voting process as scheduled at 9 a.m. in the governorates of Beni Suef, Luxor, Qena and Minya, in front of some polling stations, namely:
- Beni Suef Governorate
First District: Beni Suef Center and City in the following Polling Stations:
– Martyr Saeed Mohammed Mohammed Hassan’s School Station
– Station of the Village Council of Barout Village
– Mixed Preparatory School station Al-Dweia Village
Second district: Nasser Center and City and Al-Wosta Center and City
– Mixed Preparatory School Station in Kufr Al Jazeera
– Boy’s Primary School station in Tahboush Village
– Station of the Kom Abu Radhi Primary Institute Village of Kom Abu Radhi
– Station of Al-Yacoubi Primary School in The Village of Abyit.
- Qena Governorate.
